This innovative, practical logbook is unlike any other you've ever seen because it provides two full pages for every trip you fly. The Record of Flight page provides space to log the details of your route and flight times for each leg of the trip, with a detailed breakdown of aircraft experience, pilot time and conditions of flight specifically designed to make it easy to keep track of the breakdowns required by FAA Form 8710. There's also a generous space for CFI remarks and endorsements. On the reverse side of the page, the Pilot Journal page gives you all the space you need to record the details of the flight, weather conditions and expenses incurred.

Each book contains 100 record-of-flight and 100 pilot journal pages -- room to record 100 trips in full detail -- plus 20 additional journal pages in the back of the book. The book is beautifully crafted of sturdy 60 lb. recycled text paper, durable heavy-gauge leather-like vinyl covers, and rugged twin-loop steel-coil binding that lets the book open flat. Each page is a generous 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches. A handy vinyl pouch is included to hold your pilot's certificate, medical, credit card, business cards, and other essential documents. The book is available in your choice of blue or maroon, with optional gold-foil personalization on the cover.

The easy-to-read format of each Record of Flight page enhances all the necessary flight-hour details required under FAR Part 61. Plus you will appreciate the roomy space for flight-hour totals, remarks and endorsements.

Each page provides a detailed breakdown of your flight time by aircraft, type of piloting time, and conditions of flight. Spaces are also provided to record number of landings (day, night and total) and number of instrument approaches. The format is designed to make it a breeze to fill out insurance renewal forms and FAA Form 8710 (application for certificate or rating).

The trip log section works for both local and long cross-country flights. Whether you're just going out to the practice area or on a multi-leg cross-country, this smart section does it all. Use it to compare frequent trips to the same destination, or as a reminder of a particularly interesting route of flight.

Chances are you will remember your first solo, but what about your first cross-country as a Private Pilot, or the day you first encountered rain or icing, or your first approach in actual IMC?

Use this spacious Pilot Journal area on the back of each Record of Flight page to record your personal flight experiences. Use it for pictures, air-show autographs, or just about anything else you can imagine. It's never too early...or too late...to start recording your memorable flying experiences.

Going to Oshkosh, Sun-N-Fun, or across the country to visit friends or relatives? What better way to capture your memories of a special fly-in or vacation than this go-anywhere combination logbook and journal? Journal pages contain a quick check-off area for noting the weather, plus an expense detail area to help you keep track of fuel, oil and other expenditures. Stash credit card receipts and other expense records in the handy vinyl pouch in the back of the book.
