The reason I say this is because, most people don’t know that getting your pilot license is as easy as going to your local airport and starting flight lessons with a local flight school, club, or flight instructor.

Redesign of the FAA Flight Schools Website

    November 21, 2010

We have just finished the redesign of our website. We have cleaned up the look and uncluttered the layout, most importantly we have added a resource section just above the footer.

As of now there is only one section Pilot License listed there, but in the near future we will be adding all kinds of articles and rich information regarding flight training. It will be ongoing and constantly updating.

    Flight Instructor Jobs

    March 31, 2010

Now, its about time for a new tool. We have just finished and released our job posting tool. This tool is also FREE and it is now available to all our administrative users ( the flight schools ).

Once you are logged in you will see a new admin menu tab called “Tools.” From the “Tools” menu you will be taken to a page that will list all our tools, for now all you will see is the Help Wanted tool and later when we release more flight school tools, they will be listed below that one.

With the “Help Wanted” tool you will be able to post new job listings and you will also be able to download applicants resumes and view their information.

Once you post a job, it will appear in two places. First, it will show up in your flight schools profile. Second, there is also a dedicated jobs page where all the job post will be listed. Now in the future we will be including job listings through out our network of aviation websites.

    Thank You.
