Horizon Flight Center, LLC is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved Part 141 flight training school. As a part 141 flight center, we are required to adhere to the highest standards set forth by the FAA, including the training curriculum, the instructors, aircraft, facilities, and aircraft maintenance. FAA statistics indicate that the average time to complete your private pilot is about 75 hours. However, the average student at Horizon Flight Center completes approximately 40-55 hours of flight time before receiving a Private Pilot Certificate. This is notably 20-35 hours less than the national average. Which means a savings to you of more than $6000. Additionally, over the past two years we have achieved over a 90 percent pass rate on FAA check-rides and knowledge tests for all ratings.
