Guests and account submissions using a different email must verify that mailbox before the inquiry can move forward.

Unverified inquiry details are deleted or de-identified after seven days. For verified inquiries, we retain the inquiry, consent, and delivery history as needed to provide account history, support schools that received it, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Closing or withdrawing stops future matching and unrevealed delivery, but it does not remove information already shared with a school.
